We are confident in the quality of service we provide and that's why you can expect an accurate assessment of costs within 48 hours. To help cover set-up fees for each individual consultation, there is a $45 charge which will be applied towards any services contracted with us; this cost varies depending on choices made regarding plant selection and container size. Additionally, all orders require a 50% deposit – non-refundable only upon cancellation prior to 48 hours from signing the contract.* *The initial $45 fee remains nonrefundable regardless of cancellations or changes in plans*.
